String Poets set the tone for the entire wedding with their beautiful music and tone. I am a professional musician and I was very particular with the music for my son's wedding. Radhi Santos was excellent to work with and impressed my son's fiance with the time that he spent with her planning songs for the ceremony. I would highly recommend String Poets to anyone. The group is made up of professional musicians who perform as principals with major area orchestras. They are highly trained and take pride in their work. Thank you String Poets for making my son and daughter in law's wedding such a beautiful occasion.

Hi Radhi, I am writing to let you what an amazing addition you and your string quartet were to the wedding. I only wish I could have been more appreciative on Sunday and that I could have talked with you at length, but alas, I was quite caught up in my wedding. When I first heard you playing I was getting ready in the bridal quarters and, while I am proud to say that I did not cry at all during my wedding, I almost became a faucet when I first heard you play! It was so beautiful! When I heard you play the very first notes, it was like my wedding was starting at that very moment and the whole day was brought to life. It was at that moment that it all began, as all my bridesmaids and flower girls prepared for the processional and scampered around the room to the lovely music that you played. All of my guests have repeated the sentiments to me that you added a beautiful touch to the event. I will recommend you for future weddings or any lovely event where your playing would be appropriate. You are a very talented man for having put together such an amazing group, but even more importantly, you espouse a love and happiness that transcends your music. The extra effort that you made to specialize the songs was more than many others would have done for me! Last, when you played my first dance, "Stand By Me," it was a dream come true and I will cherish that moment always. Deepest and sincere thanks,

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you. You and your group did an amazing job at our wedding reception. The music was absolutely beautiful and I could not have asked for anything better. Your professionalism was amazing and we got so many compliments on you guys. My only regret is that I did not get the chance to thank you personally after the ceremony. You definitely made our ceremony more special and gave it that romantic touch we were looking for. Again, thank you so much. And we will definitely recommend your services in the future to those who are looking for a string quartet.

Thank you all for making this memorial service beautiful and memorable for all who attended. It is impossible to express one's thanks when there are so many sensibilities to take into account on such an ocassion. Your musicianship and the intelligence of the selections made the day for us all. And thank you for co-ordinating with the organist, Jeffrey Workman, and for working with me. I received your name from Robert Saladini, by the way, for whose father you performed a memorial service. He himself is an organist, and he praised your work. I am so grateful. Adrian Birne.

I couldn't have been more pleased. These guys sounded just perfect! They played a non-traditional piece for me as I walked down the aisle - Dvorak's Humoresque No.7 as well as other pieces we selected for the reception. They are finely skilled musicians and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a string trio (they also have a string quartet) for their event.

Many thanks to the String Poets for playing at our wedding. The music played a very important part in our wedding, as you know, and you performed the pieces just as I wanted them to be played! At one point I was swaying to the music(I think it was Vocalise) and my husband even noticed me doing it, just in the moment and enjoying everything about the day. I'm sorry I didn't get to meet you in person! I was running a bit late from the hairdresser and I just had to get upstairs and get dressed and be ready in 30 min. Thank you again for making our day special for us! -Chris

I just got back from my honeymoon and have been hearing rave reviews about the wedding. Everyone had such a great time!!! I'm sorry I was unable to speak with you throughout the crazy night, but I had sooooo much fun. Everyone agreed that the music was beautifully performed, and you were beyond amazing dealing with the hectic schedule, making the location changes, and composing Doug and I such a special first dance on short notice. That song was absolutely perfect; I wish somebody recorded it so I could listen to it over and over! Anyway, I was never able to formally thank you for all the work that you did. It was great having someone so professional and so talented that I didn't need to think about the string quartet all day/night... I just enjoyed the music! You are truly incredible, and Doug and I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our ceremony and reception unforgettable. I would recommend you to anyone and everyone! Thank you a million times, Leslie

From the first time I contacted Radhi Santos from String Poets, he was confident and enthusiastic about performing the ceremony and cocktail hour music for our wedding. He listened to what I wanted the atmosphere to be like, and suggested music to create the happy environment I wanted. Radhi was responsive, super professional, and the trio that played at the wedding sounded incredible. When I think back on my wedding day, one of the things I actually remember is the music String Poets was playing. It was nice not having to worry about this part of the wedding; completely worth it!

Wedding Reception

Mr. Radhi Santos and his quartet provided an out standing performance for our 4th annual awards banquet where we had nearly 200 guests in attendance. His quartet arrived promptly and was ready to perform when our event started. The String Poets added the polish to our event that helped put it over the top. Many guests commented on the quality of their performance and the value that it added to the ambiance of the evening. We will certainly be contacting String Poets for our event next year.
